2. What Binocles provides

Binocles helps people list, discover, and purchase eyeglass frames. We may facilitate anonymous introductions, listing publication, payment collection, and transaction coordination.

We may update, suspend, or remove features, listings, or access when needed to operate the service responsibly.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. Do not use Binocles to post false listings, interfere with the platform, scrape protected content, or abuse other users.

You are responsible for your own compliance with local laws, shipping rules, consumer protection obligations, and tax requirements that apply to your use of the service.

4. Seller obligations

If you list frames, you confirm that you are allowed to sell them and that your listing, photos, brand details, and condition statements are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You must not list counterfeit items, stolen goods, unsafe products, or anything that infringes another party’s rights.

5. Buyer obligations

If you purchase through Binocles, you agree to review the listing carefully and to provide accurate checkout information.

All purchases remain subject to actual item availability and Binocles may cancel or pause an order if a listing is unavailable, inaccurate, suspicious, or cannot be fulfilled safely.

6. Payments and Stripe

Payments may be processed through Stripe or Stripe-powered checkout flows. Separate Stripe terms and policies may apply to your payment use.

Binocles does not store full payment card numbers. Fees and prices shown at checkout control the transaction you authorize.

7. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by the Binocles Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property and site materials

The Binocles brand, website design, copy, graphics, and software remain the property of Binocles or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except as allowed by law or with written permission.

9. Disclaimers and liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Binocles does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every listing will result in a successful transaction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binocles will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
